Reservations are required and can be made by calling 0136-56-8560
between 11am and 6:30pm.

Main counter – 8 seats
Private counter – 6 seats (minimum spends 200,000 Yen)
Private room – 4 seats
Cancellation policy
This policy also applies to reductions of the party.
30% for cancellation 5 days before
50% for cancellation 2 days before
100% for cancellation from the day before or No-show
100% for more than 30 minutes late. *These will be treated as “no-show” and we won’t be able to serve a meal.
Child Policy
Children aged 14 years and older are welcome to dine at the main counter in Sushi Shin, Niseko.
Corkage Policy
Sushi Shin is fully licensed and does not permit guests to bring their own beverages.
Etiquette
Please be aware and respectful of fellow guests.
Please refrain from using excessive perfume as this impacts other guests’ dining experience.
