Dinner (2 seatings):
1st seating: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM / 2nd seating: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Capacity
Main counter – 10 seats
Private counter – 6 seats
Private room – 4 seats
Cancellation policy
This policy also applies to reductions of the party.
30% : 7 days before the reservation
50% : 3 days before the reservation
100% : 2 days before the reservation or No-show.
100% for more than 30 minutes late. *These will be treated as “no-show” and we won’t be able to serve a meal.
Futomaki Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the pickup time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Child Policy
Children aged 14 years and older are welcome to dine at the main counter in Sushi Shin, Niseko.
Corkage Policy
Sushi Shin is fully licensed and does not permit guests to bring their own beverages.
Etiquette
Please be aware and respectful of fellow guests.
Please refrain from using excessive perfume as this impacts other guests’ dining experience.
